Sunday’s win at Firhill was as entertaining having your teeth pulled out. In our last three games, all 1-0 wins, we appear to lack confidence up front with the team looking to past the ball into the net rather than take responsibility for a direct attack on goal. Having watched a fair bit of Hamed Namouchi in the U21s I feel he’s suited to a more central role in attack rather than being give the wing to patrol. His height would also be a threat in the box.
Can’t belief the complaints against Stuart Dougal - it’s Scotland we’re playing in not Disneyland. And anyway, swearing is the least of crimes Dougal has committed against Rangers players!
It’s Killie in the Scottish Cup on Sunday and I feel wary about the trip even though the Rugby Park men are third bottom in the League. In recent games Rangers have looked very vulnerable to the counter-attack and Jim Jeffrey’s men have the ability to do that despite their cuffing at Parkhead last Saturday.
