strong suggestion here is Fire Up The Band who ran well to be second in the
Steward's Cup at Goodwood recently. The only slight provisio being that we
should hope for a low draw. Mutawaqed may give him most to do.
Baron's Pit would have a good chance in the Hungerford stakes at Newbury
but we would have to forgive him a dismal effort last time at Goodwood.
Perhaps the course didn't suit him.
A horse I like a lot is Millenary and athough getting on a bit he is well
in on the ratings for the Geoffrey Freer stakes also at Newbury. Should he
run he must have a great chance.
