The outcome of the random draw is that Scotland start with a home match
against the Faroe Islands on 2 September followed by an away game in
Lithuania four days later. All of Scotland's home games are on a
Saturday, all the away games on a Wednesday.

David Taylor, SFA Chief Executive, commented: "We went into this
process with some trepidation but I think we have come out of the draw
fairly well. The games against the major countries are reasonably well
spread out, as we negotiated at the original fixture planning meeting,
and it is a big bonus for the fans that all our home games are on
Saturdays."
