Just a brief note for supporter's club secretaries, though I would be grateful if any members of clubs could make their secretary aware of it.
I have been tasked by the trust board in the role of Rangers Supporters Trust Supporters Club Liaison, initially to let you know such a post exists and secondly to ask if your supporters club would be interested in having RST representatives visit your club to explain the aims and objectives of the Trust.
The RST has recognised that there are many misconceptions about the Trust, there are also many who are not aware we exist - especially amongst those who do not have regular access to a PC and have been unable to learn more or even join the Trust.
Various supporters clubs, including my own, have held such events and there was a lot of positive feedback from both the RST reps and those in attendance.
Should your club be travelling any distance to home games or would prefer a change of venue for a pre-match "refreshment" the Trust will endeavour to book a club hall in the Ibrox vicinity should you wish to take the trust up on this offer.
