St MIrren player Hugh Murray''s Testimonial Football Legends Tournament is being held in the giant Braehead Arena on the evening of Thursday, February 15 and the event feature teams of former stars from Rangers, Celtic, St Mirren and Morton.
Tickets for the extravaganza of football are now on sale and Testimonial Committee chairman, Peter Copeland says it will be a night to remember for fans of all the clubs taking part.
Peter said: ?Everyone I''ve spoken to just can''t wait for the football legends tournament to kick off as it''s going to be a fantastic night.
?No matter which of the four teams taking part you support, this is a great chance to see again your all-time football heroes in action.
?The players competing for the trophy that night certainly haven''t lost their football skills and will to win. I predict there will be quite a few competitive matches being played. Especially when you have old rivals like Rangers and Celtic and St Mirren and Morton.
?It''s also going to be a great family fun night and it would be great to take young football fans along to show them the football stars in action their parents used to watch and idolise.?
Rangers players turning out in the light blue include Ally McCoist, Andy Goram, Richard Gough, Gordon Durie, Robert Prytz and Fraser Wishart.
In the Hoops will be Hibs manager, John Collins, Danny McGrain, Tom Boyd, Darren Jackson and Tosh McKinley.
The Saints line-up includes Tony Fitzpatrick, Frank McGarvey, Mark Yardley, Billy Stark, Lex Richardson and Barry McLaughlin.
And Morton''s team includes Warren Hawke, Rowan Alexander, David Wylie, Derek Collins and Alan Mahood.
